These terms of purchase apply when you as a customer place an order from October Stockholm e-commerce www.octoberstockholm.com. The agreement between you and October Stockholm about the shipment of your ordered products applies when you get a delivery confirmation.
To make a purchase at October Stockholm e-commerce you need to be over 18 years, not be under guardianship and have the capacity to enter into agreements. If you are under 18 years old you need your guardian's approval.
We reserve for any delays in delivery and final sales. We also reserve for technical problems, printing errors and misspellings. We reserve the right to adjust any wrong price information before and after your order is processed.
DELIVERIES AND ORDERS
October Stockholm always offers free delivery when you order to one of our stores. If you order for a minimum of 500 sek you get free delivery.

Please bring identification and your order number/ order confirmation from your reciept.
POSTNORD - TO DELIVERY POINT OR YOUR MAILBOX
Smaller packages are delivered to your mailbox and larger packages are delivered to your closest Postnord delivery point. You can choose a climate-smart option. PostNords climate-smart deliveries are transported in accordance with PostNords guidelines for the environment- and work environment, for a minimum climate impact. This means the deliveries as far as possible is transported by train and if not possible with a truck.
PRODUCTS THAT ARE OUT OF STOCK
If a product you have ordered is out of stock you will only get the products you have ordered that are in stock. The products that can not be delivered will be credited back to you. If your purchase was over 500 sek from the beginning you will of course not pay for delivery.
When the order is shipped from our warehouse you will get a text about ongoing delivery.
How long your package will stay at the delivery point varies depending on respective supplier regulations, then it will be shipped back to October Stockholm e-commerce. If you have paid for your order but not collected it your money will automatically be credited back (not the delivery cost) when we have handled your delivery. October Stockholm will also charge 150 sek in administration fee for uncollected packages.
OCTOBER STOCKHOLMS RIGHT TO DENY ORDERS
October Stockholm reserves the right to deny orders, for example if discount codes that are not from October Stockholm have been used for your order or deny product samples of repeated orders under a certain amount.
October Stockholm is not guilty to complete the order if an obstacle that October Stockholm not can overcome or the fulfillment would presuppose sacrifices that are not reasonable in regard to the client's interest of October Stockholm to complete the purchase. The customer does not have the right to replace for the damage the client suffers through October Stockholms control that October Stockholm not reasonably could have expected with the purchase and October Stockholm not reasonably could have avoided or overcome.
ORDER- AND DELIVERY CONFIRMATION/ RECIPT
When you finished your order on October Stockholm e-commerce you will get an order confirmation/ receipt by email. If you do not get your order confirmation, please control if you have entered the correct email address and contact October Stockholm customer service to get your order confirmation re-sent.
When your products are sent from October Stockholms e-commerce you will get a delivery confirmation/ receipt by email. The agreement between you and October Stockholm about the delivery of your ordered products applies when you get a delivery confirmation.
EXCHANGE, RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND COMPLAINT

October Stockholm is not responsible for the package during the return to October Stockholm from the customer with the right of withdrawal or complaint.
As a customer, you have the right to exchange a product within 14 days after you have received it*. Exchange can be made at October Stockholm e-commerce. To exchange the product it needs to be sent back unused, not in damaged condition.
*) During Christmas times applies extended exchange time to 23 January on purchases made between 14 November to 24 December.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have always the right of withdrawal within 14 days* on purchases made on October Stockholm e-commerce. The period starts from the date you received the last product/ products of your order. Certain products are excluded from the right of withdrawal. Because health- and hygiene reasons are not products with broken seal covered to return or if the original packaging has been opened by the consumer, for example, if the customer has broken packaging or sealing of the product.

USE OF RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The easiest way to return a product is in one of our Swedish stores. If you want to return to our e-commerce please contact October Stockholms customer services through phone or email, see details above, before you return the product. If you want to use the standard form for the right of withdrawal that the Swedish consumer agency has (see form from Swedish consumer agency).
If you choose to send back the product it must be sent back to October Stockholm within 14 days from de date you notifyed to October Stockholm that you want to make a return.
No later than 14 days after we were informed of your decision to cancel your order, you will receive your refund. We will use the same payment method that you used for your order unless you explicitly agree to something else. This will not incur any additional fees for you. We have the right to wait with the refund until we have received the goods or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
GIFTS AND PRODUCT SAMPLES WHEN PURCHASING
When returning purchased products, gifts and product samples, which have been sent by October Stockholm due to the customer's purchase, must also be returned by the customer.

WARRANTY OF ELECTRICAL PRODUCTS
October Stockholm provides a 2-year guarantee on electrical products. An error that appears on electrical products within the warranty period must be considered to have existed at the time of purchase. Should the product be broken or faulty, the easiest way is to contact your nearest October Stockholm to complain about the product. PAYMENT AND PRICES
Shopping at October Stockholm e-commerce is safe and easy. You choose between invoice payment, partial payment (Klarna Account), direct payment through your bank or card payment where your bank or credit card is connected to Visa or Mastercard / Eurocard. More information about the different payment options can be found under the respective heading below.
You who have a bank or credit card connected to Visa, Mastercard / Eurocard, Electron, Maestro card or American Express can pay through your credit card. When you choose this payment option, the amount on your credit card is reserved when you order and payment is only made when the products are sent to you.
October Stockholm offers the latest systems for more secure payments via its payment providers. This sometimes means that you have to activate it via your bank. If your card purchase is denied due to this, use invoice payment or contact your bank to activate safer card purchases online.
The invoice is sent via email from Klarna. The invoice is handed over to our partner, Klarna AB, who performs a simplified credit check without a copy of the information. PARTIAL PAYMENT (KLARNA ACCOUNT)
If you choose partial payment as a payment option, you choose each month how much you want to pay. Partial payment is handled by our partner, Klarna AB. Direct payment through your bank
All our prices are stated in Swedish kronor and include VAT, VAT is reported on the order confirmation/receipt.
Our gift cards also work on October Stockholm e-commerce. When you redeem your gift card, you choose how much of the amount you want to use.
The gift cards are available for purchase in our Hair studios, on the website. October Stockholm gift card is valid as payment for products in October Stockholm - hair studios and at October Stockholm e-commerce. The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash.
PRODUCT INFORMATION AND PICTURES
October Stockholm does its best to provide as accurate product information as possible. However, we recommend that you always double-check product information and the table of contents on the packaging when you receive your delivery, especially if you are allergic or hypersensitive to any substance.
The packaging of our products may vary in appearance. In some cases, a size other than the one offered may be depicted, so it is always the written information regarding volume that applies.
Please note that the color samples of products on October Stockholm e-commerce may vary depending on your monitor and your individual screen settings.
All content on octoberstockholm.com is owned by October Stockholm AB. The information is protected by, among other things, intellectual property law and market law. This means that trademarks, company names, product names, images and graphics, design, layout and information about products, services and other content may not be copied or used without prior written consent from October Stockholm.
Most of our products have a symbol that looks like a jar with an open lock. Symbols say either 6, 12 or 24 months. These indicate the durability of products from the time it is opened. Other products have specific date marking.
Keep in mind that the shelf life is affected by how you store and use the product. For example, do not use your fingers without a spatula when taking skin cream from a jar, as otherwise bacteria will spread easily and the shelf life will be shortened. It is also not good for beauty products to be stored too hot or in direct sunlight, cool is best.
APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE
In the event of a dispute, October Stockholm follows the decision of the General Complaints Board. The General Complaints Board can be reached either via the website www.arn.se or by address Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm. You can also complain via the EU's online dispute resolution platform, which can be reached at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
These conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law and, notwithstanding what is stated in the paragraph above, shall be decided by a general court.
CHANGES TO TERMS OF PURCHASE
